Social Media Marketing Manager
Job Description
As the Social Media Marketing Manager, you’ll own our brand presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, and emerging channels. You’ll lead content planning, community management, influencer collaboration, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and brand teams to create scroll-stopping content that drives engagement, builds loyalty, and delivers business results.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-platform social media strategy aligned with brand, growth, and campaign objectives.

Own content calendars, planning weekly and monthly posts with clear goals.

Create, edit, or oversee content (visual, written, video) tailored to each platform.

Manage community engagement—responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, authentic voice.

Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, follower growth) and report insights.

Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams on social-first campaigns and launches.

Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to adjust strategies.

Lead or support influencer and brand ambassador campaigns.

Monitor brand mentions and social sentiment using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch.

Experiment with paid social campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads) in collaboration with performance marketers.
Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of proven experience in social media marketing, ideally in B2B or digital brands.

Deep understanding of all major platforms: content formats, audience behavior, and algorithms.

Excellent copywriting and content curation skills.

Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.

Strong visual eye and ability to work with designers or basic tools (Canva, CapCut, Figma).

Experience growing accounts from thousands to tens/hundreds of thousands of followers a plus.

Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendations.

Comfortable managing multiple projects with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tech, SaaS, agency, or e-commerce brands.

Prior work with influencer marketing and user-generated content (UGC).

Familiarity with SEO, performance marketing, or digital PR.

Basic video editing or reel creation experience.
