We are looking for Senior and Principal Software Engineers based in Poland who want to work on meaningful technical challenges and be part of something ambitious from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and microservices architecture
• Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making across core platform systems
• Build and maintain cloud-native applications in modern CI/CD environments
• Take ownership of products and features from concept through production
• Champion clean code, testing, maintainability, and engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with international engineering teams across Europe
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Mindset

• 6–8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building production-grade applications
• Strong experience building scalable backend systems and distributed architectures
• Passion for clean code, thoughtful system design, and long-term maintainability
• Comfortable challenging business requirements and contributing technical ideas
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to thrive in autonomous teams
• Curious, collaborative, and excited by complex technical challenges

Nice to Have

• Kotlin or TypeScript experience
• Exposure to Angular or frontend technologies
• Experience with REST APIs and/or gRPC
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Elastic Stack
• Interest or experience in AI/ML technologies and modern AI-driven development practices
