Job Description
Our client is a growth-focused company helping businesses solve real problems through high-quality products and services. The sales team plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline for long-term growth.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You will focus on outbound and inbound prospecting, initiating conversations with potential customers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is motivated, resilient, and eager to develop strong commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and research ideal customer profiles (ICP) and target accounts
● Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
● Personalize outreach based on prospect pain points and business context
● Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally
● Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC-lite, or similar
● Book qualified meetings for senior sales or growth leader

● Track outreach activity, conversion rates, and lead status
● Ensure clean handoff of qualified opportunities to sales
● Work closely with marketing and growth teams to refine messaging
● Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
● Continuously test and improve outreach sequences

What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years experience in B2B sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting roles
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
● Highly organized and process-driven
● Curious, coachable, and eager to learn modern GTM strategies
● Familiar with sales tools
● Go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset
