Recruitment Resourcer
Job Description
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Resourcer to support the delivery of high-quality healthcare professionals across UK and international markets.
This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across roles such as doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. You will play a key role in building talent pipelines from South Africa and the Philippines, supporting global hiring needs while ensuring compliance with regional regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing & Attraction

Proactively source healthcare professionals via job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across the UK and international markets

Actively source and engage candidates from South Africa and the Philippines, including those open to relocation

Support global sourcing initiatives aligned to client hiring needs
Screening & Qualification

Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, availability, and suitability

Verify candidate qualifications, clinical experience, and eligibility to work in relevant markets

Ensure alignment with client requirements across multiple regions
Candidate Management

Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Provide guidance on opportunities across the UK and international locations, including relocation where applicable

Build long-term relationships to support repeat placements and referrals
Compliance & Administration

Collect and manage compliance documentation (ID, right to work, references, certifications)

Ensure candidates meet relevant regulatory standards (e.g., UK bodies such as GMC/NMC and international equivalents)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on CRM/ATS systems
Collaboration

Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand hiring needs across different geographies

Support delivery on urgent and high-volume roles

Assist with interview coordination and onboarding processes
Skills & Experience
Essential
-
Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent sourcing, or recruitment administration

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively

Ability to work UK hours or provide sufficient overlap
Desirable

Experience in healthcare recruitment across UK and/or international markets

Experience sourcing candidates from South Africa and/or the Philippines

Knowledge of UK compliance requirements (e.g., GMC, NMC) and exposure to global compliance standards

Experience managing relocation or international candidate pipelines

Must have own tech and home office setup
