We specialise in delivering high-quality staffing solutions across Nursing, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, and Complex Care services.
The Role
We are looking for experienced Recruiters to join our growing team, supporting either Nursing or Homecare divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality healthcare professionals across the UK market.

Key Responsibilities

Source and place healthcare professionals across your specialist division

Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates

Conduct interviews, screening, and compliance checks

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

Support fast-paced staffing requirements across UK healthcare clients

Ensure high-quality, compliant placements within required timeframes
Requirements

Experience in UK healthcare recruitment (Nursing or Homecare essential)

Strong understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare staffing OR homecare/social care environments

Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes

Strong communication and organisational skills

Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
