The Role

We are looking for experienced Recruiters to join our growing team, supporting either Nursing or Homecare divisions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality healthcare professionals across the UK market.

• Nursing Recruitment – NHS & Private Healthcare

• Homecare Recruitment – Social Care, Private Clients & Local Authorities

Key Responsibilities

• Source and place healthcare professionals across your specialist division

• Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates

• Conduct interviews, screening, and compliance checks

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal teams

• Support fast-paced staffing requirements across UK healthcare clients

• Ensure high-quality, compliant placements within required timeframes

Requirements

• Experience in UK healthcare recruitment (Nursing or Homecare essential)

• Strong understanding of NHS and/or private healthcare staffing OR homecare/social care environments

• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working remotely and independently
