React Native Mobile Engineer
Job Description
We’re servicing a client who is seeking a mobile developer who’s excited to craft a product that goes far beyond a typical app. You’ll play a key part in developing and refining a cross-platform mobile application that combines elegant design, high performance, and cutting-edge technology. Working closely with AI specialists, designers, and backend engineers, you’ll bring powerful, data-rich user experiences to life, all while ensuring the app remains fast, secure, and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android.

Develop responsive and polished UI components leveraging TypeScript and modern styling frameworks such as Tailwind or similar.

Integrate GraphQL endpoints, real-time data flows, and backend APIs into the mobile layer.

Collaborate with the AI engineering team to embed LLM-powered interactions and intelligent workflows into the app.

Manage user authentication, document submission, secure storage, and session handling.

Contribute to core architectural decisions, including state management, app navigation, and performance optimization.

Participate in setting up testing, analytics, and monitoring tools to enhance reliability and product insights.

Work closely with product and design teams to ensure every release feels seamless, purposeful, and user-centered.
Required Experience & Skills

4+ years of professional experience building mobile apps using React Native and TypeScript.

Strong understanding of mobile design principles, navigation patterns, gesture systems, and animation libraries.

Hands-on experience integrating GraphQL and working with backend APIs.

Knowledge of secure authentication flows, encrypted data storage, and permissions management.

Experience in publishing applications to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Comfortable collaborating across teams — including full-stack developers, designers, and AI engineers.

Thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments where ownership and adaptability are key.

Familiar with Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and mobile release management processes.
