We are looking for a Product Owner to join a growing product and technology team and help drive the delivery of scalable digital products within the financial services environment.

The Product Owner will play a critical role in translating business goals and product strategy into actionable development plans, ensuring engineering teams build solutions that deliver measurable value to both customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Execution

• Translate product strategy and business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives and customer needs
• Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and delivery expectations
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the delivery of high-quality product releases within agreed timelines

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with Product Managers on product vision, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather feedback, clarify requirements, and communicate delivery progress
• Work closely with UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are practical and user-focused

Quality & Product Improvement

• Validate delivered features against business requirements and acceptance criteria
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution with Engineering and QA teams
• Monitor product performance, user feedback, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement

Operational Excellence

• Maintain clear documentation of product requirements, workflows, release notes, and delivery artifacts
• Contribute to improving Agile delivery processes and product development best practices
• Help drive efficiency, collaboration, and product quality across cross-functional teams

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar product delivery role
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles
• Experience managing product backlogs and writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar delivery platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience within financial services, fintech, payments, or banking environments
• Exposure to transactional systems, digital products, or customer-facing financial platforms
• Experience working with engineering teams building scalable digital products
• Familiarity with data-driven product decision-making and analytics
