Our client is a U.S.-based marketing agency working with startups and growth-stage businesses to drive measurable results through digital marketing. The team focuses on performance, strategy, and execution across channels including paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing.
We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaign execution, performance, and client outcomes. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will manage multiple accounts, drive marketing initiatives, and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels. This role suits someone who is both strategic and execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment aligned to U.S. clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, content, email, social)
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and delivery
- Plan and implement marketing strategies aligned to client goals
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Analyze data and report on performance, insights, and ROI
- Collaborate with design, content, and paid media teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign workflows
- Identify opportunities to improve performance and scale campaigns
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
- Experience working in a marketing agency or managing multiple clients
- Strong understanding of paid media, content, and digital marketing channels
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients (highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (client-facing level)
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and reporting tools
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid platforms
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
