A growing US-based strategy and operations consulting firm is seeking a qualified and proactive Management Accountant based in Mexico to join their fully remote global finance team. This role is vital to ensuring accurate financial planning and operational efficiency as the firm scales its consulting projects across North America and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and reports for internal stakeholders.
  
  

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across business units.
  
  

• Collaborate with the leadership team to provide insights on financial performance and strategic planning.
  
  

• Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  
  

• Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors for audits and filings.
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or management accounting.
  
  

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACCA, CPA, or CIMA preferred).
  
  

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
  
  

• Strong communication and time management skills.
  
  

• Previous experience in remote or international roles highly valued.
