LatAm - Sales Development Representative
Job Description
Our UK-based client is entering an exciting growth phase and is looking to hire high-performing Tech Sales Executives who are hungry to win, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have a proven ability to close new business.
This is a fully remote, high-impact role where you’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle driving revenue across the US, UK, and EU markets. You’ll be trusted to build pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and consistently close deals in a performance-driven environment.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the full 360° sales cycle — from prospecting through to close
- Driving new business acquisition across US, UK, and EU markets
- Identifying, engaging, and selling to senior B2B decision-makers (Director level and above)
- Running high-quality discovery calls, product demos, and tailored sales presentations
- Building and managing a consistent, high-quality pipeline using CRM tools
- Leveraging LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to generate and nurture leads
- Consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
- Operating with a high degree of ownership, discipline, and performance focus in a remote setup
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in tech sales, with a strong focus on new business closing
- Demonstrated experience selling into US, UK, or EU markets (essential)
- Track record of managing short sales cycles and closing deals independently
- Confidence and credibility when engaging senior stakeholders (Director level+)
- Strong outbound capability, comfortable building pipeline from scratch
- Experience with Pipedrive or similar CRM tools
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach
- An established professional presence (400+ LinkedIn connections)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Stable career track record with consistent target achievement
