Our client is hiring a Junior Marketing Operations Executive to join a growing marketing consultancy that works with startups and scale-ups to build effective marketing systems and campaigns.

This role is ideal for a junior marketing professional who enjoys executing marketing ideas, working with modern tools, and staying organized. You will work closely with an experienced marketing consultant and founder based in Dubai, helping execute campaigns and keep marketing operations running smoothly.

The position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work with international clients while developing your marketing career.

What You’ll Do

You will support the day-to-day execution and organization of marketing activities, including:

• Supporting the rollout and coordination of marketing campaigns

• Publishing and distributing content across digital channels

• Creating simple visual assets using Canva

• Assisting with social media and online marketing activities

• Organizing marketing tasks and workflows using Monday.com

• Updating contacts and marketing activities in CRM systems

• Collaborating with the team using Slack

• Helping keep marketing projects organized and on schedule

• Supporting the founder with marketing initiatives and operational tasks

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations

• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or marketing teams

• Strong written and spoken English

• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail

• Basic design skills using Canva

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com

• Experience working with CRM systems

• Comfortable working in a remote environment

Compensation & Opportunity

Salary: USD $700 – $1,000 per month (depending on experience)
