Healthcare Startup | Pre-Revenue | Early Stage
Our client is a pre-revenue SaaS healthcare startup entering our first commercial phase. We’re hiring a Founding Growth Lead with strong data-data driven mindset to own go-to-market and revenue from zero to first traction.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role. You’ll personally design and execute GTM strategies, close early customers, and turn real market feedback into repeatable revenue motion. This is not a strategy-only position you will test, sell, learn, and iterate alongside the founders.
You’ll work closely with leadership to validate their ICP, messaging, pricing, and sales motion while laying the groundwork for scalable growth and future fundraising.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Define and validate ICPs, buyer personas, and early market segments
- Highly data-driven approach to growth, funnels, experimentation, and GTM analytics

Design and execute GTM strategies across outbound, inbound, partnerships, and pilots

Translate complex healthcare value into clear, ROI-driven messaging

Personally prospect, run discovery calls, demos, and close early customers

Build and manage the initial sales pipeline and CRM management

Shorten sales cycles through strong discovery and positioning

Feed customer insights into product direction, roadmap, and investor narratives

Document early GTM and sales playbooks

Help define future sales and marketing roles

Support fundraising with traction metrics and commercial insights

Experience building GTM or revenue from scratch at an early-stage startup
- Data-driven approach and utilisation of analytics

Strong background across both sales and marketing

Experience in healthcare or regulated markets is a strong advantage
