About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst based in South Africa. This role requires strong analytical expertise, financial modeling capabilities, and experience working with SaaS metrics to support strategic decision-making, investor reporting, and long-term financial planning.

You will play a key role in managing financial health, forecasting revenue, optimizing cash flow, and ensuring reporting accuracy for a high-growth company operating across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

• Monitor and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and revenue retention.

• Prepare investor-ready reports, financial dashboards, and performance presentations.

• Support fundraising efforts by providing data-driven financial projections and due diligence support.

• Conduct cash flow analysis to ensure sustainability and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS and integrate international reporting standards where required.

• Partner with executive leadership to align financial insights with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA/CA(SA) preferred).

• 3–5+ years experience in financial planning, analysis, or investment roles.

• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

• Experience working with international teams and exposure to SaaS or tech-based business models.

• Strong understanding of International tax, accounting, and compliance requirements.

• Prior remote work experience with cross-border teams is advantageous.
