As the business continues to scale, they are seeking a highly capable Finance Operations Accountant to support the organization's day-to-day financial operations. Key Duties & Responsibilities 

Finance and Accounting Operations 

• Manage day-to-day finance operations and accounting support activities
• Assist with reconciliations, expense tracking, and financial record management
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and operational reporting
• Support month-end finance processes and reporting preparation
• Assist with financial controls and process improvements

• Coordinate domestic and international payments
• Prepare wire instructions and banking documentation
• Support treasury administration and cash flow coordination
• Liaise with banking partners and financial institutions
• Assist with transaction monitoring and account maintenance

• Process invoices, supplier payments, and reimbursements
• Coordinate vendor onboarding and payment workflows
• Monitor expenses and maintain organized payment records
• Ensure adherence to internal approval and finance processes

• Support reporting and operational finance initiatives across the business
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance-related documentation
• Help improve operational workflows and finance efficiencies
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams on financial operations

• Assist with investor reporting preparation and financial documentation
• Support portfolio and operational reporting processes
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all financial activities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, treasury support, or operational finance roles
• Experience within financial services, investment firms, private equity, hedge funds, family offices, wealth management, or corporate finance environments is highly advantageous
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reconciliations, payment processing, and banking operations
• Exposure to treasury administration, financial reporting, or multi-entity finance environments is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems
• Experience using platforms such as NetSuite, Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is beneficial
• Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential financial information with discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
