Executive / Virtual Assistant
Job Description
A scaling SaaS company in the US is looking for a dependable, highly organised Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to provide direct support to senior leadership. This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
If you're experienced in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion, this could be your ideal next role.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.

Screen and respond to emails, prioritise communications, and draft correspondence.

Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation.

Track tasks and project updates using Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.

Provide general admin support to the leadership team and occasionally to HR and Ops.
We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Manager.

Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom.

High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
