Job Description

A scaling SaaS company in the US is looking for a dependable, highly organised Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to provide direct support to senior leadership. This is a long-term, full-time remote position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.

If you're experienced in managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion, this could be your ideal next role.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.

  • Screen and respond to emails, prioritise communications, and draft correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation.

  • Track tasks and project updates using Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools.

  • Provide general admin support to the leadership team and occasionally to HR and Ops.

We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Manager.

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
