The Role

We're seeking an experienced ERP Consultant with hands-on Acumatica expertise to lead ERP implementations and advise clients throughout their digital transformation journey.

You'll work directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure Acumatica solutions, deliver workshops, support go-live activities, and provide ongoing optimisation across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and gather business requirements.
• Configure Acumatica modules to meet client needs.
• Design functional ERP solutions aligned with best practices.
• Support data migration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, user training, and documentation.
• Advise clients on process improvement and ERP optimisation.
• Collaborate with developers on customisations and integrations.
• Build trusted client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Experience

• 3+ years' ERP consulting or implementation experience.
• Hands-on Acumatica ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of finance, operations, inventory, or supply chain processes.
• Experience running workshops and gathering business requirements.
• ERP configuration and business process mapping experience.
• Excellent client-facing consulting and communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple implementation projects.
