A high-impact US-based experiential events and media company is hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) based in the Philippines to lead its global marketing strategy. The business delivers high-profile virtual and physical events across the US and is looking for a remote CMO who can lead campaigns that drive revenue and audience engagement across digital and offline channels.
Your Role:

Define and lead the full-funnel marketing strategy — from awareness to retention.

Manage a team of content creators, digital marketers, and designers.

Oversee digital ad campaigns, email marketing, SEO, influencer partnerships, and event promotion.

Own and evolve the brand voice, design language, and messaging.

Track performance and optimise campaigns using marketing analytics and CRM tools.
We’re Looking For:

6+ years in marketing with at least 2+ years in a senior leadership role.

Experience in events, media, or experiential marketing is a strong advantage.

Demonstrated ability to grow B2B or B2C audiences using data-led strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Mailchimp, HubSpot).

Collaborative, strategic, and commercially minded.
