Job Description

A dynamic SaaS company based in the US is expanding its global sales team and is hiring an energetic and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) based in South Africa. This is a remote-first role that offers uncapped earning potential and clear progression into sales leadership roles.

The company serves small and mid-sized businesses in North America with a rapidly scaling platform. As a BDR, you will be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping to introduce the platform to new prospects and book qualified meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone.

  • Respond to inbound leads and nurture them through the qualification process.

  • Schedule discovery calls and hand over to senior sales reps.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot) and activity reports.

  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly outreach and lead targets.

Ideal Background:

  • 2+ years of sales or lead generation experience, ideally in SaaS or tech.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or cold outreach tools is a bonus.

  • Confidence to work independently and hit KPIs from a remote setup.
