Job Description

As a mid–senior BDR, your job is not just to "book meetings"—you’ll take a strategic approach to outbound and inbound pipeline development, identifying high-potential accounts, customizing outreach for decision-makers, and collaborating with marketing and sales leadership to optimize our GTM motion. You will bring both hustle and strategic thinking to the table—ideally with proven success in AI, SaaS, fintech, or agency environments. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound lead generation across strategic target accounts—leveraging tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.

  • Craft high-impact outreach messages across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) tailored to industry pain points (AI, fintech, SaaS, agency).

  • Qualify inbound leads from our marketing and partner channels and assess fit based on business need, timeline, and decision-making structure.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine ICP profiles, value propositions, and conversion strategies.

  • Manage your pipeline and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) with rigor and clarity.

  • Monitor trends in the AI, SaaS, fintech, and agency space to improve market segmentation and outreach quality.

  • Provide feedback to leadership on market intelligence, objections, and customer trends.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a business development, sales, or growth role (preferably B2B).

  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead qualification in fast-growing tech environments (AI, SaaS, agency, or fintech).

  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, GTM strategies, and enterprise buyer behavior.

  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and storytelling.

  • Fluent with outbound tech stacks: CRM, email sequencers, data tools, and prospecting platforms.

  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.

  • Bonus: Experience working in a startup, agency, or cross-functional team with product, marketing, and customer success.
