Job Description

Our client is a specialised recruitment firm focused on Go-To-Market (GTM) and tech talent within the SaaS industry, we’re looking for a 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across both GTM and technical roles. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will own delivery, build client relationships, and drive placements across international markets.

You’ll work closely with the founder and leadership team, supporting both venture-backed SaaS clients and enterprise consulting partners, with a mix of permanent and contract hiring.

This role suits a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, enjoys sourcing top talent, and is comfortable balancing delivery, client interaction, and commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across GTM and tech roles (sales, marketing, CS, data, AI/ML, software engineering)
  • Build and manage relationships with high-growth SaaS clients and enterprise partners
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound outreach, referrals, and email campaigns
  • Manage low-volume, high-priority pipelines with strong focus on quality and speed
  • Screen and assess candidates, ensuring strong technical and cultural fit
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate and client experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage offers, negotiations, and close placements efficiently
  • Act as a key delivery partner on strategic accounts, supporting scaling hiring programmes
  • Contribute to building and maintaining a strong ATS/CRM talent pipeline
  • Stay up to date on market trends, GTM structures, and tech hiring landscapes
  • Support international hiring efforts, including occasional U.S.-aligned working hours when required

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of 360 agency recruitment experience (non-negotiable)
  • Background in a high-performance agency environment (UK/US-style preferred)
  • Experience recruiting for GTM roles and/or technical roles (data, AI, engineering, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage both client relationships and delivery
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and outreach tools (e.g., SourceWhale or similar)
  • Experience working with ATS/CRM systems
  • Comfortable working on contract and/or permanent roles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-sufficient, commercially minded, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with venture-backed SaaS companies
  • Exposure to European and/or U.S. markets
  • Understanding of contract recruitment and contractor lifecycle
