We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated 180° Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced delivery team. This is a pure candidate delivery role (no business development) focused on sourcing, engaging, and placing high-quality technical talent into live and urgent requirements across global clients.

- Data & Analytics
- Enterprise Applications
- Security Cleared / Mission Critical roles
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Cybersecurity
- Software Engineering

● 180° recruitment focus: sourcing, screening, and candidate delivery only
● Work on active and urgent technical roles across global markets
● Conduct screening, interviews, and shortlist submissions
● Manage full candidate process from engagement to placement
● Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure fast turnaround times
● Deliver against time-sensitive technical requirements.

Working Hours
● US working hours (aligned to US time zones)
● Evening / night shift (South Africa based role)
● Suitable for candidates comfortable working in a global delivery environment

What We’re Looking For
● Experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
● Strong 180 delivery capability with fast turnaround ability
● Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
● Strong understanding of IT / technical skill sets
● Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
● Strong communication and candidate management skills
